Chptr Composite Six-Month Warranty

GreekYearbook (the “Company”) warrants that any composite that has been purchased under the Company’s partnership with Chptr shall be free from defects in materials, workmanship, and structural integrity for a period of six (6) months from the date shipped (the “Warranty Period”).

During the Warranty Period, the Company shall, at its sole cost and expense, replace the Composite in any instance where it exhibits failure, degradation, defect, or does not perform as intended under normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions. This warranty is not limited by frequency or number of claims during the Warranty Period.

Exclusion – Customer-Caused Damage & Stolen/Lost Property

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from acts of the customer or other third parties, including but not limited to abuse, improper maintenance, negligence, or use outside of normal and intended conditions. Any such damage shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. This warranty does not apply to any composites that are lost or stolen.

Verification of Claims

As a condition of warranty coverage, the Company reserves the right to request reasonable proof of any claimed defect or failure. Such proof may include, but is not limited to, photographs or other documentation.
